FOLLOWING ARE A SAMPLE OF LETTERS WRITTEN TO HENRYK. PLEASE READ A FEW OF THEM. Our Fairview Farms home had been on the market since February of this year with the leading company of luxury home sales. Unfortunately, despite being clients of the owner of this purportedly prestigious company (Churchill Brown), our experiences were dismal: lack of follow-through, misinformation, and sporadic (at best) communication between the company and us, the homeowner. After contacting Henryk in May, we received a lovely postcard of our home, as a "proof" (or demonstration) of how our home could be marketed! I made a call to Henryk at that point and had a very delightful and encouraging conversation. I told him that unless we saw a change in the marketing efforts of the company we had our home listed with, and a more cohesive plan of attack, we would be in the market for an aggressive, experienced and motivated agency once the listing expires. During the months that ensued, we saw minimal activity associated with our house. The only advice offered by our former agent was to summarily lower the asking price. After 4 price drops, we informed our agent that we had not received any of the new price flyers ? he told us that we needed to call his assistant, as that was her job, not his! Within 48 hours, our contract expired and we eagerly enlisted the services of Henryk. We were intrigued when it was suggested that we either maintain the asking price or increase the amount, this was quite a departure from the mindset of the previous agent. My partner and I could not more highly endorse the level of professionalism and service that we received from Henryk. From August 5 until the final showing of our home, September 9 (on which date we received our first offer), the activity increased tremendously, we had more showings, more qualified buyers, and more communication, interest and information than we ever did from our previous agent. Our home got listed on all major Real Estate internet sites including LuxuryHomes.com. We received a worldwide exposure by listing with Henryk.com Moreover, we received valuable aid in some complex furniture placement ideas made by Henryk & Elizabeth. While never an easy task, we admit that the entire process was made exceedingly more pleasant after we contracted with Henryk Realty. Very sincerely, our sole regret was not having made the call to Henryk Realty FIRST. In closing, let me share that we are leasing a property that Henryk has just closed on in the Nichols Hills area of Oklahoma City. Our home selling/buying experience could not have been better! Without hesitation, we recommend Henryk Realty, Inc. Henryk Orlowski was flexible but timely, encouraging but realistic, honest and insightful. Granted, many realtors demonstrate these characteristics. However, we enjoyed getting to know Henryk personally and looked forward to every encounter with him. We noted several Henryk Realty signs in the neighborhood we liked the most, so my husband sent an e-mail message to Henryk asking him to keep us informed regarding any new homes for sale. The two of them corresponded weekly for a couple of months and we were impressed that Henryk was informative and helpful without being "pushy". Finally, we noted a new home for sale in our favorite neighborhood, listed by a different realtor. My husband emailed Henryk and asked him to schedule a showing. We viewed the house the next day and knew we wanted to make an offer. Two days after meeting Henryk - we had purchased our new home! We teased Henryk because, to this point, his work on our behalf had not been time-consuming. However, he proved his worth when he sold our old home for more than we expected ? not two weeks later. Henryk scheduled an open house one day after initial listing and, before the day was over, entertained five competitive offers. We were excited that our home was to sell so easily at several thousand over the list price, but Henryk encouraged us to be patient and avoid the possibility of underselling. We waited for counter offers, late into the evening, until we felt we had the best deal possible. Who knew that selling our old home and buying a new one would be so much fun?
